Update: AC Milan will spend approximately € 10 million to buy the second half of his option from Genoa, and also give Genoa part ownership of young attacking midfielder Davide Di Gennaro, who is currently on loan to Bologna, calciomercato.com is reporting.
Analysis: Milan didn't waste any time spending the money it got from the sale of Alberto Gilardino to find his replacement. Borriello will also cost less, allowing the club to use the extra money elsewhere.
