SPL 2008-09 Fixtures announced?

When will the SPL fixtures for next season be announced? When will the first matches take place? I am planning a trip and hope to see a few matches.

Not sure when it will be released - I'm curious myself. Actually, according to Inverness CT's fan site http://www.caleythistleonline.com/, it will be on June 16. It also states that ICT's first game will be sometime in August, which would likely mean August 2/3 would be the opening weekend.

Also, Hibernian will play in Intertoto Cup matches on July 5/6 and 12/13. A win would have them play on July 19/20 and 20/26 in the third round (winner goes to the UEFA Cup). Rangers will play second qualifying round Champions League games on July 29/30 and August 5/6.

Actually, now it's looking like the SPL season will not begin until August 9/10. Celtic just announced its preseason fixture list http://www.celticfc.com/news/stories/news_280508170542.aspx and Celtic is playing two friendlies the first weekend of August.
