If they ship out Richardson on a permanent deal without even giving him a chance at the 1st team level, I'm going to be very annoyed.

He looks so damned good - just needs a chance, I think.

If this is just a loan deal... then fine with me.

he has not been given the same chance as Fletcher has which is strange since, before this season left half was the position we needed cover for.. but i suppose he was not yet ready... I still think that he has alot to offer and he is young.

The comment by Wenger is truthful, hard and disrespectful of the club that developed the player, but true... and I guess some might see it as arrogant.

We need to give this guy some time. He is electric. Every single time I have seen him on the ptich, he has been the best teen player out there (including Ronaldo, but only on the day). He deserves the spo as much as Fletcher, and he'd better get chances by the end of the season. Eagles is also a next big thing waiting to happen.

I guess the second paragraph I quoted seemed most arrogant. No respect for the club he came from. Is it arrogance or reality? I think it's absolutely, 100% true. If Wolves is playing Arsenal, they play differently and treat the match differently than if they play Burnley. Same thing happens to all clubs around the world.

No offense was meant; besides, if Whinger felt Reyes' club experience wasn't sufficient, he wouldn't have payed so much for him, would he?

I think a loan would be perfect. Loan him away for a year and let him play first division football against good opposition. He is at least two years away from regular first team football at United but it would be better for him to play in the First Division than in the reserves.

i watch him in the reserves, to tell the truth he flatters to deceive.

Lee Martin is better, Madds Timm, and Eagles right now.

Well, not so worried about the defence at the moment, but for all the wrong reasons, eh?

Fergie peace deal
By Adrian Warner and Graham Cunningham, Evening Standard
11 February 2004

A resolution to the war at Manchester United appeared to be moving nearer today after it was confirmed that Sir Alex Ferguson met with John Magnier's close ally Dermot Desmond yesterday.

The lunch meeting, described by a source close to the peace discussions as 'friendly', took place at the private London club Mark's in Mayfair.

The revelation comes as Magnier and his partner JP McManus increased their stake in United to nearly 28.89 per cent. Confirmation came today that their investment vehicle Cubic Expression bought 8 million shares for £20.8 million that leaves them just short of the 30 per cent which would trigger an automatice takeover of the club.

Glazer is way too late to do anything about it now... other than rake in huge proftis due to the stock skyrocketing in the takeover frenzy... our only hope is for a rift between the two or for public shareholders to sell their stocks to Glazer if he can afford them so that he can get a majority...

I've got a question though... these two Irish lads... are they equal partners of their business???

Looks like Scholes is in trouble after the Boro game, its been confirmed that the ref did not see the incident where he apparently had his hands on a Boro players face.

Over to the video advisory panel, so a 1 or 3 match ban appears inevitable :(

Couple this with our recent poor defensive form, and Gary Neville's red, and all I can say is UGH!
