Дођавола тешко да ће те сада наћи бољег тренера.Why sacked? I think he has just left why would he wait to be sacked? If i were him i would not. Anyway i do not think that you will be able to find someone better. You can say: Even a blind chicken can peck a grain. But at least he made it to the finals. Something Mourinho could not not do with Chelsea. He deserves some credit.

Yeah you're right man. We'll never be able to find a better manager than Avram Grant. What were we thinking?

Ok you will see.
This is what i said in one of my previous posts:
You see, under Grant Chelsea will not win anything. With him at the helm Chelsea seems to be afraid of success. You come close enough to sniff success... but then you stop like a horse in front of too high jumping obstacle.[/QUOTE]
But the next year you will drop out in the semi-finals, you will be 10 points behind Manchester and Roman will sell you for Picasso painting.Find someone else to blame. Grant has done what he could with this team. You were not capable of anything more.

Chelsea statement (http://www.chelseafc.com/xxchelsea180706/index.html#/page/Homepage/article_1318728)
Chelsea Football Club can confirm that Avram Grant has had his contract as manager terminated today (Saturday, May 24). This follows meetings over the last two days.
Everybody at Chelsea FC would like to thank Avram for his contribution since taking over as manager last September.
We will now be concentrating all our efforts on identifying a new manager for Chelsea and there will be no further comment until that appointment is made.

I feel for Grant.
He took Chelsea to the final that Mourinho couldn't and hat it not been for John Terry losing his nerve on one kick of the ball he would have taken you lot to being European champions. Last few weeks of the season he got you playing some fantastic football.
But then he didn't have the 'charisma' of Mourinho so it's bye bye.
What a carry on.

I don't dislike Avram, I've come to rather like the bloke. I hope he gets a position upstairs at the club. Bring on whoever, I really don't care as long as they've got quality to match the players at the club cause then we're in business... the business of winning trophies:cool:
