LoL.. actually its a tournament of 125 player, each pay $100 ..
You need to pick two teams in group stages to qualify to the next round, and you can NOT pick the same team again in quarter, semi, final... if the team didn’t qualify, you are out...
so i picked Portugal and Croatia to make it in the group stage (and 79 people are out already!!!!) so I am computing with 46 more players…

In the quarter final, i picked Holland. In the semi, I will pick the winner from Italy and spain against hollan (hopefully) and I will pick Germany (hopefully) in the final to win it all!!
the player whos team survive to the end, win the $10,000!!

If one thing is clear so far, group stage success has nothing at all to do with knock-out stage success. Wow. Talk about two different worlds.

Funny how they mentionned that stat during the QF's that no team has ever gone 3-0-0 in group play and gone on to win the final expect for France in 84. At this rate, if Spain lose to Italy, none of the perfect group stage teams may even get past the QF's. :confused:
