I believe the killer group can't make Italy as favourites. Too many variables in the way (Netherlands and France).

IMO.... The odds of all Netherlands, France and Italy have definitely been affected because of the difficulty of Group C. If Either of them were in the same place as Spain or Germany, for instance, the odds would def increase.
