So no Quaresma, Miguel or Almeida as some had expected/hoped.
Thoughts?
I just want Portugal to go all the way is my only thought. :)
-Nuno Gomes is captain and Portugal always play with a lone striker
-then Simão was already preferred to Quaresma in the preparation and it was made clear some 10 days ago Simão will play

It wasnt a good challenge but Ronaldo did himself no favours by getting horizontal in the air.

Tuncay, proving that anything the Portuguese can do the Turks can do as well. Hopefully the new EUFA ruling will be brought into effect to hammer him for that.

Yeah Portugal - Holland in the WC. The Ref was an idiot though.
