This game is even worse than France - Romania. At least those two teams tried to go forward, even though they failed miserably. These two teams fail in every aspect. Pathetic.

Sweden have been playing great many set ups and plays and unfortunate not to get a goal.

Lets face facts Greece is a joke, they cannot pass the ball or carry it at all in Sweden's ends so they pass it 1000 times between their defenders and then shoot the ball up the field where they lose it.

That and the constant cheap shots they take is pathetic that player deserved a yellow for porously kicking Ibra in the balls I have zero clue how the ref ignored that.

Sweden need to convert one of their 10,00,000 chances otherwise the Greeks will win 1-0 off a corner.

Keep away? Keep away is when other players are trying to get the ball. For Keep away you talk about: Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands Italy.

Sweden simply knows all they have to do is wait for Greece to try to play the game and they will get the ball back. Full marks to Sweden for doing that and exposing that the Greeks know they suck so will hold off playing as long as they can stand being mocked by the crowd.

First, they're not gonna score playing like that. Second, if they actually do, they would go 11-0-0, a 6-4-0 is too offensive for them.

Greece got a corner at the end of the first half and I was just thinking about this... that was the story of Greece in 2004. Sit back and absorb the pressure... play keep away.. get a corner and BAM! Get your goal and then simply hold on.

Please... for the love of god....... as much as I loved seeing Greece win it 4 years ago... please put this team to rest. It is like watching paint dry. Please, please do not let Greece get anywhere near the quarterfinals!

Euro 04 was 4 years ago. 4 years ago, the Czechs were also the hottest team of the tournament, where are they now? 4 years ago, Germany was a sad spectacle, but look where they are now. Are you really relying on results 4 years ago to justify that Greece is good?

No.. but you said.. 'there's no way Greece are going to score playing like that.....' and it brought me back to several Euro 2004 games... the Czech & Spain games in particular where Greece did nothing all game, their opponents missed chance after chance , then Greece got lucky and scored on their one and only genuine attempt. Greece played a good game against France.. and I guess against Portugal too but in general that's what their tactics were. Just saying it worked in 2004 , so you never know. If you read my previous post, I actually asked for Greece not to go any further than 3 games.

Oh Good God Greeks with the ball can only pass it around between their defenders in their own half with no Swedes around.

Chorus of boos and whistles greatly deserved for this anti-football crap.

That was terrible, that's actually the longest the game has kept me watching it though, other than that it's been the occasional glance when the commentator raises his voice.
