All the hype about Torres 'cause he plays in England. He has played well BUT...
David Villa IS the Spanish star hands down!
Iniesta was asleep until that BRILLIANT assist. Notice that Villa and the last defender were over the outer box line and the linesman had a visual reference. Had the play been not over the line the linesman would have probably called off-side as they usually do.
Great game by Spain. Villa is the difference; Spain came in with weak goal scoring.
It ain't over though. Spain's D looked bad at times.

At this rate Fabregas not even needed.
Xavi and Iniesta getting it done.
My fantasy is getting killed, Gomez didnt score, Villa doin all the work over Torres, and Buffon concedes 3 goals yesterday. Fantastic...

Whoa Cowboy...the first goal was all Torres. Villa had only to tap it in. Villa does seem to go God like when he pulls that Spain shirt on though.

That's a depressing, but compelling, observation.

Yeah Marchena and Puyol aren't having a good game. Spain should be fine in the group stage but in the knockout rounds I don't see the center defence holding up.
At this rate Fabregas not even needed.

Are you actually surprised by Torres though he's nearlly as bad Fàbregas when he plays for Spain. But I will admit he is doing alot better today then before, now that Villa is upfront with him.

Spains defence does look weak, the only thing about them that does though.

They somehow always start the second half looking weak on D, and today is no exception.

Torres looks none too pleased at being subbed out after less than an hour.
