[Meridian gets on his knees]
Also known as Hope v. Expectation (hope is a 7/2 underdog). I will be in Glasgow and environs at the end of November and in particular during the week of 25 November when 'Tic play a certain Bayern Munich. If anyone here has any Glasgow connections they could hook me up with to score two tickets to said match I would make it well worth your while. Unfortunately all my Weegie connections either can't be arsed with fitba or support Motherwell or Partick. I do have a friend in Embra trying to work something but his first statement was "do you mind being in with the away support". It is well known I do not suffer Bayern Munich gladly.
I realize of course what I ask is tanatmount to just casually asking if anyone has a cure for cancer or a spare £1M to loan me for the weekend, but I believe in the power of Big Soccer. (cue the band)
Anyone who helps out puir wee Meridian will be given fantastic prizes, money, and maybe the ability to red card several posters you despise!* Folks on the Glesga end will be provided with much drink.
