DCist, and many others, reporting that Tony Kornheiser, reknowned soccer hater, buffoon, and guy who once embarrassed his own daughter at one of her softball games at Bullis, is out at the Washington Post.

Tony Kornheiser used to be funny. I think he jumped the shark when he went to the Style section, or shortly thereafter.

I had a Redskins Bandwagon bumper sticker on my car til the car got so rusty DC DMV wouldn't let it pass inspection. I think the bumper sticker had held my car together for about 7 years at that point.
Anyway that "Bandwagon" theme was from Kornheiser's columns the year the Redskins started off looking like they might go unbeaten (and wound up beating Buffalo in the Super Bowl). I think Kornheiser's usually pretty funny - he'll still be around just not with the Washington Post I guess...

I like Tony, but I mean he doesn't really write much anymore, and I stop watching PTI, due to what I felt were racial comments made by Wilbon in the Post. Really it is just because my oldest Daughter takes over the TV when it comes on.

honestly, i hate kornhole, he can't even talk about sports anymore, hell, im so sick of hearing him talk about sangaya, or who ever he is from american idol, and MNF has gotten worse and worse since dennis miller showed up, left, and kornhole cam in

He has always annoyed the $#!+ out of me, outside of his 'opinions' on soccer. I'm sure that I'm in the minority, but don't get why he's so popular.

He's a terrible writer, but he is good on TV and radio. He should stick to that.
