Pathetic. I hope Levein doesn't get punished too badly for that.

Levein is spot on and what happened was utterly disgraceful but Levein has been in charge of some filthy cheating b@stards in his time so it's a bit hypocritical.

and from the same match while it was still at 1-0 Samaras had a perfectly legitimate goal disallowed for a non-existent foul that would have made the score 2-0.

how about you defend the decisions yesterday?

let us know your wonderful insights into it.....

actually you're singing from the wrong hymn sheet.

it's the Rankers that love to sing, "No one likes us we don't care.."

hollow words....

You forgot about Scott McDonald's offside goal in the last OF, and the fact that the foul on mcdonald for Robson's penalty was outside the box. Or that Hesselink managed to escape a red card despite deliberately kicking Amdy Fae in the chest, studs showing.

Or the dodgy Motherwell goal, when Bobo knocked it out of play, not Motherwell player, and also the already mentioned Zander Diamond goal.

As for the Samaras one, there was a foul in the build up.

Enjoy

No point in bringing that up. These facts just get ignored.

Problem is bad refs that make bad decisions. There is no hidden agenda's conspiracies etc etc.

well that makes up for at least two of his goals that have been scored that have been chopped off for being 'offside' then. Hibs yesterday and a very important goal at Inverness.

no it wasn't.

Hesselink dodged one there for sure. although would it be fair to say captain Barry throttling a player at Pittodrie was a little more...blatant? well at least he'd get booked for it. oh wait a sec, silly me. what am I saying? captain Barry is impeachable as shown by the fact he hasn't had a single yellow card all season in the SPL.

yeah that was so blatant that when it was on Setanta neither Booth nor Crocker( is it?) said a word about it until they had looked at replays. so blatant..... of course with the media whirlwind that surrounded it you'd be forgiven for thinking it was the greatest injustice perpetrated on a football club in the history of the game.

in your biased opinion. i was at the match and i still have no idea why Killen was given a free kick against him.

anyway, this thread is about Mike McCurry. he has plenty of previous regarding decisions in Rangers matches over quite some time.

"ABERDEEN have made an official complaint about referee Mike McCurry after their 2-1 defeat by Rangers on Sunday.

Match official McCurry angered Ebbe Skovdahl, the Aberdeen manager, with some of his decisions, including not awarding two penalties and a challenge by Fernando Ricksen on Darren Young."

"HIBS left Ibrox with a raging sense of injustice once again, convinced referee Mike McCurry had robbed them of a point as he waved aside claims for a penalty.

There was little doubt that John O'Neil's cross had hit the hand of Bert Konterman - which was far above his head - as the Dutchman tangled with Mixu Paatelainen."

"Hearts will argue that the crucial opening goal by Barry Ferguson should not have stood because the Rangers captain handled in its execution."

"Dundee United are to lodge an official complaint about referee Mike McCurry's handling of Rangers' 3-1 victory. United appeared to be denied a penalty and had a goal chalked off for offside in an explosive second half. "We had a blatant penalty and he bottled it," said United manager Craig Levein after Saturday's game."

What i was trying to say was that we have been affected by horrible decision too, you think we finish a game every week and go, wow the ref had a decent game this week.

I've been to every Rangers hom match this season, bar the Partick Thistle cup replay, and every week i say the same thing, "this is the worst ref yet".

The amount of goals and points that have been stolen this year from us is around the same we've gained.

I find it amazing that only McCurry is getting this in the neck when Brines got sweet fa, you think its hard for anyone to find a match report saying Brines made terrible decisions.

You are the biggest imbecile in this forum, your always ranting about something.

Well I have news for you, you just as biased if not more so than the rest of us.

Oh and enjoy the game on Wednesday. :D

ooohhh.

a personal attack on the internet....

getting a bit touchy are we? truth getting too close to the bone is it?

i'm sure you've already had a pop at me on this forum and a Rangers fan no less called you on it.

so i'm the most biased person on this forum because i start a thread about McCurry..... okkkkk

i can honestly say that the last time i came away from a game and didn't feel like the ref was borderline incompetent it was hugh dallas and he retired yonks ago.

the standard of refereeing in scotland is dreadful, i don't even think they're biased just really bad at their job.

I have to agree, so the question is how does the SFA improve it?
