I think most R's fans would take the bet that we'll finish above you in 08/09. You game? ;)

Oh yeah, I'd take that bet.
It'd be like betting the Vikings will finish above the Lions this fall. :p

I don't think the NFL would miss a beat if that happened.

I hope they stink it up on Monday night, 10/6, in New Orleans but get wins against Atlanta, Carolina, and Tampa. :D

They always are...for better or worse!

I wouldn't mind seeing the Aints making a run of it, at all. Their fans deserve something, at long last (but no Super Bowl victories until the Vikes do it!).
Anything is better than the usual drudgery of November coming around, and you're just sitting there wishing ill on the playoff-positioned teams you hate most.

The Cowboys and Patriots are tops, of course. (I mean sheesh! That's no different than wishing ill on DC United!!! ;) OK, that's unfair: obviously L.A. tops the list!

Think it'll be on World?

Plz let us know, when this is found out. Thanks!

Think it'll be on World?I don't think they were last year, but I was kinda hoping that the new regime would pay a single play-by-play guy a day's wages to do it.

I'm excited. I hope we can get off to a good start without Buzsaky, Rowlands, and Vine. That's three pretty big pieces to miss.

Is our starting back four likely to be Ramage, Hall, Connolly, and Delaney, with Stewart, Barker, and Rehman (plus Leigertwood, Walton, etc., available to move from the midfield)?
