I like the Arsenal Kit more now than when I first saw it. Kinda going back to the late 90's look, especially with the socks. Cant wait to see the Away yellow kit.

That is perhaps THE most inapproprite and infuriating comment I have ever read on BS.
What is a true Gunner? A die-hard fan who watches all their matches...or is it somebody who just so happens to be able to afford every shirt that the club releases? To me, according you, it sounds like the latter.
There are guys in the townships in my country who work hard to keep a tin roof over their head, yet they'll religiously watch each match on the weekend at a local shebeen - wearing whatever clothes they can afford.
And the home shirt will be released in early July - so I guess that makes me 'true gunner', dunn'it??

Personally I like the kits ... But i really liked our home 4 the last 2 seasons ... simple yet very classy ... I would have liked to see more gold than blue on the new 1 or maybe replace the blue piping with gold?
Gotta say im lookin foreward to the away kit now ... im hoping it gold like the 1 we won the league @ old trafford ... as are the rumours

Errrrrr, no.
Like he said, if you can't afford it, but you love the clubs, you can't get it.
And if you simply hate the kit, but love the team, you won't get it.

not really,
You buy the shirt to wear the badge with pride, thats what makes you a supporter. but if you dont like the shirt then you arent wearing the badge with pride you are wearing it just for the sake of it.

So if it's not a rant, why say it? To impart your wisdom on others?
If you don't have anything meaningful to contribute, it's much easier to just not post it and start these arguments.
What arguement(s)??? You suggest i have started one (or more than one). If other people are guilty of doing what you accuse me of then do not take it out on me. I do not appreciate being made an example of if you're pissed off with other people.
I said it because this is a PUBLIC forum. I registered for it and the last time i checked, this was a free world. If i cannot express my opinion without someone giving me a row then what is the point of offering the forum?
The reason i said 'this is not a rant' was to avoid people like you taking it the wrong way.
Get over yourself!!
