Does anyone know when the official Euro 2008 shirt patches be released? I know the squad deadline in May 28th, but surely they can't leave it that late to deliver the patches to all the stores worldwide.

As far as I know patches aren't released commercially. It may be different this year, but international tournament patches are notoriously hard to get hold of. They aren't sold in any shops in London, not even the likes of Soccer Scene.

Someone made a good point on that Spain 3rd kit leak, if they played Holland, UEFA being the tools they are might say both the red and gold were unsuitable against the orange.

But then Holland have a lovely new away shirt.

Cheers biggs. Subside said that they hadn't had info yet, so that neither suggests either that they will receive them or that they exist at all. We shall see. For the record, I'm supporting Sweden so I want Larsson on the back :D

That Canada shirt is exactly the same as my club team's. Same color, same design, the only thing different is the Canada patch..

From what I hear, these are very close to what the new jerseys will look like. I expect the white jersey to be white, and not off-white as pictured here.

Maybe it's just a tease, but it looks like the badge is changing. It's a shield with 'Norge' and then a nordic dragon/snake ... and if you blow out the contrast, you'll see what looks like the snake curled around the traditional NFF shield.

I'm so excited. They have a countdown ticker on the Umbro page above, so I'm guessing the full kit will be unveiled sometime tomorrow and will be available for purchase on the 27.

(I've never been so excited to be so damn broke.)

I don't think Norway's had a badge change since before 1977. They always had both the flag patch and the NFF patch, although not always both, and not always on the replicas.
