IMO, much better than the last/present season's kit but not as good as the previous one. The V-neck with a collar is not my favorite as I don't like V-necks in any combination period (do we really want to see Raul's chest hair?), but overall a step up from the boring last design for sure.

Madrid Away - fugly specially because of that "light blue" collar even if it's not covering much of the shirt, aswell as the main blue color compared to the current away one, which I really love.

Portsmouth Home = quite nice - they just could have done a much better logo if they decided to redesign it anyway...

i think the adidas template looks a bit odd - i think it would have looked better if they did a shorter 3 stripe design on the shorts to match the cut off 3 stripe on the jersey.....

Your post seems to be implying you don't want Roma to stay with Kappa. Can you say why? Kappa makes what I think one of the coolest jerseys on the market. I wish they were designing more teams' kits.
