One more thing... anyone know of a good method for removing blood from white kangaroo leather? I had a nice stream coming from my knee down my shin, and a few drops hit my boot. That white sock will likely be pink from now on though, soaked up quite a bit.

Lol.. i got blood on my white v1's when i broke my nose 3 months ago, i cleaned them a few times and wore them a few times and after a while the blood just wore out of them. I used to wash them in hot soapy water by the way.

In the US, the black/wht launches on Nov 15 and their is a white/silver launching on Jan 3 2009.

Has anyone seen the Konstrukt 2s in the new Eurosport? They look like there are a lot of studs on the bottom, more than the Konstrukt 1s

My only problem with those new Kings (the XL's) is the studs. I hate those old peg-style studs. That's the main reason I've never owned a pair of Legends or Copas. I like the Adidas TRX blades (had them on a pair of old Predator Pulses, Predator Absolutes, F30.6's and on a new pair of F30.7s I have coming in the mail from soccercorner) and the quasi-blades on the King Execs I have.

Any word what's coming AFTER the XL Kings?

blades are a nonsense gimmick that make no sense especially in firm ground environments. The closer a "blade" approximates a circular cross section, the better it is. The thinner the blade, the worse off for your feet, and for the stiffness of the blade itself. Basic physics and geometry, really.
