I had the same problem. All i can suggest is wear them in a bit better. I used to loosen the laces off until the leather had softened a little.

So what type of Pumas should I buy for DURABILITY and possibly a wider toe box?
Also, nothing way over $100.
Thanks.

My v1.08s are starting to mess up my ankles. But i gotta say, i love these. I have a feeling the k-leather models will correct the plasticky issue with the v1.08s.

I was thinking the same thing actually. Its taken them back to the same mould as the V1.06!

so far puma have only done 2 good boots . kings and shudohs. The v's are all a waste of material and i keep hearing people say oh the boot it lighter so i can run faster, Ronaldo could wear hobb nailed boots and still skin most defenders

Its no all about lightness. Lightweight boots tend to be the more minimalistic (obviously) boots, so they have the least amount of material and have the tighter, glove like fit, unlike most of your comfortable clunky boots.
The v1.06 was by far one of the best shoes ever made. If you haven't worn them, then you can't say anything about them. They are literally like a sock on your foot, by far the lightest and tightest fitting shoe ever made

I have had the V1.06s and i agree with emu og.
they are great boots that give you a great touch. the one thing i didn't like about them though is that after playing in them for 7 days a week they did start to make the bottom my feet really hurt because they are not made for comfort at all so your foot gets practically all of the impact of the ground. this is probably only if you play on really hard ground like me though
i would probably love them even more if i could play on soft ground or even firm ground.

Sorry puma have made 3 great boots I forgot about the H8's. Any yeah i got a pair of v boots, not half a good as the shudohs which offer a good glove like fit but with a bit or prtection to boot

Yeah mine hurt pretty bad too on hard ground. When I play on turf I don't notice it at all though. They're just not durable shoes.

If you wanna know how I got the picture, then edit the end of the picture codes on PDS, I found the F50.9 and new Preds before they came out doing that aswell...
