How are the V1.08s for people who have them? I was thinking of getting some but i ended up getting some blackout adipures. Still thinking about those pumas though haha.

F'n sick. It took me so long to finally decide to buy a pair because I was so skeptical. But man, was I rewarded. I got mine for $90 and they have been excellent. Great touch, awesome ergonomic fit, and for once in my whole life, NO BLISTERS  They are light as hell and the toe cap is almost completely unnoticeable. They feel comfortable for specific feet so beware. They fit true to size so ignore those who tell you to buy a size higher. I got a half size higher and I still feel my feet moving around a tad bit too much in them

Mann i want some haha but i already spent my money on some adipures! The V1.08s sound nice. Like my vapor IIIs. I'm regretting not getting some now. People sell V1.08s for cheaper than compared to most boots.

Is 12.5 your normal size? cuz if it is, half a size up shouldn't bother you too much. I usually where 9.5s and mine are a 10 and they are badass

12 is my normal size, 13 in some shoes.

I wore them in my game on Monday, and managed two goals... :) One with the right boot and one where the boots helped me jump and head one in... neither of them really attributable to the boots, but they were comfortable enough. I did have to wear two thin pairs of socks and did get a blister on my big toe but nothing to write home about. I am going to try out some insoles to make them a little more snug, I will try my old standby SuperFeet ones and see how it goes. I also had my feet get pretty tired about 75 min through the game, but otherwise I REALLY liked them.

is the material on .08s as thin as .06s?

its a tad bit thicker, but not much. just enough for some support. It fits snug

thinner or thicker than vapor IV's? anyone...I love the vapors, but I'm trying to find my favorite shoe before highschool soccer in the spring (yeah I know, school soccer in the spring? only in Iowa and Nebraska!).

I have no clue. probably thinner. I tried the MV IV on and man were they horrible. They are waaaay too wide and uncomfortable. The v1.08s are a little reminiscent of my MV IIs and thats why I love them so much. v1.08s may look a bit too platicky at first glance, but once broken in, they have great touch.

I've been wondering about the weight for puma v-konstrukt ii's.
In soccer.com, some of the colors say 9.6 oz, and some say 11 oz. Which is it really?

Nice. good choice. Although the microfiber on the tricks seems more plasticky than on the v1.08s.
