Man that is ugly, what was wrong with the old konstrukt II looks? Puma is going overboard with trying to look different.

Its ridiculous actually. The 1.08 took it far enough with the track shoe look, then the stupid xray stuff.
The 1.06 was a very nice looking shoe, nice and simple. Especially the black K leather versions.

All the K leather V1s were nice looking shoes. And they comfort and fit was amazing!!

I've had both the 1.06s and 1.08s and the one thing I like about the .08s better is the fact that the boot actually has suppport

On looks, you simply cannot beat the minimalst 1.06s. I need to pick up a pair before they run out.

I went into the local Soccer Post and tried a pair of these on. They look fantastic, but they do not fit true to traditional Puma King sizing. They are a full size small. I have been wearing the Kings in some form or another since 1977. I currently have a pair of the KSLs, the King Allaround Turfs and the King Classics. I wear a size 9 in each but these I need a 10. Very strange, although I have no idea how this fits with the sizing for the rest of the Puma shoe line. The rest of you would know better. The K leather is soft, and not too heavy. I should have them game tested by the end of the month. I'll report then. Too early to tell if they are bit more narrow. The old King line was quite wide, and I have an 8 1/2 EEE foot.
Interesting. I had the V-Kons and King Execs prior to this and they followed the same sizing as those. I hadn't worn the real Kings since HS so I don't recall the sizing then but these were true to what I'd worn recently.

The pink Hummels are somewhat excuseable b/c a year or 2 ago Hummel released that model in just about every color, the idea was to be able to match any uniform.
Pink Pumas...simply an awful idea

I came so so close to buying those Hummels when they came out just for a laugh. They were only something like $60 so it wasn't really a big deal. Probably would have been a wear to training once and see what reactions I get situation.

Those silver V1's look really good - best colourway I've seen of the boot.
As for the pink ones - it's a bit strange really. I don't find Palermo's kits strange at all, in fact I like them. When pink was in fashion, I wore it no problem - I didn't do the whole 'that's a chick's colour' thing. HOWEVER, there is just something about pink on shoes or boots that don't work for me - maybe because it's not so common, but to me, they just look like girls shoes.

I am playing my first game in my new v1.08's tonight (shiny blue and black colorway)... I am a LITTLE nervous that they're too large and I will need to tape up to avoid blisters... they don't make 12.5s I guess, I had to go for 13s. We shall see what happens!
I practiced in them and they are DIFFERENT than my Pred Manias that have been my staple for the last 5 years... we'll have to see what's up with these.. I'm nervous!

Is 12.5 your normal size? cuz if it is, half a size up shouldn't bother you too much. I usually where 9.5s and mine are a 10 and they are badass
