UPDATE: Everton and Tottenham are set to engage in a bidding war for Wolfsburg centre-back Alexander Madlung, FansFC.com reports.
ANALYSIS: Madlung is said to be available for a cheap price due to some sort of knockdown fee clause in his current contract. The 25-year-old defender has shown significant improvement over the last couple of years and would seem to be a great fit with either Everton or Tottenham.
