UPDATE: Landon Donovan now has eight goals in 2008 after his hat trick Saturday night helped Galaxy route Chivas USA 5-2 at the Home Depot Center.
ANALYSIS: Donovan has eight goals already this season. While naysayers still talk about Landon not playing overseas, he has now become a dominant, more confident player for L.A. Doesn't that serve him better than sitting on the bench somewhere in the Premier League?
