So in light of our pretty historical injury crisis the club let go of the team doctor Kregehr, the two team physios quit as a result, in protest I assume.

It's pretty difficult to judge the whole situation from the outside but the amount of serious injures players of this teams have suffered over the years is unexplainable.

* Christianse
* Ismael
* Schlaudraff
* Adreasen
* Forssell
* Rosenthal

They bought too many injury-prone players and according to the press Kregehr even warned them of buying some of them so he probably is not the only one respondsible here.

Enke will probably play the next game, he should be fit, Schulz broke a finger and his nose but could play I guess.

Forssell, Andreasen and Schlaudraff will return for the 2nd half of the season if at all.
Don't really know about Hanke's progress.

Will be great to have them all on board soon but I don't even know if the team will get more points because of that, it's not always that easy.

How wonderfully nonprofessional of him. :D

Btw, did I post this injury chart already? Pretty shocking:

This has probably been the best 45 minutes I have seen 96 play for a very long time. Such a deserved lead right now.

Let's just hope they don't throw it away in the last 45 minutes.

Absolutely shocking display so far from Cologne.

Even worse than 1 week ago? :-)

Hard to imagine that they could have been even worse actually. They should have lost 0:3 at least and a man down. Referee sucked.

After 11 games last season we had 20 goals against, this season 12.
Haggui has been solid so far, he's an average Bundesliga defender but that's sooo much better than Eggimann has ever was been for us.

Impressed with Bergmann and what he is able to get out of this makeshift team.
Last season this team would have never managed to win these two games against Stuttgart and Köln, they are playing a lot more organized.

Great to see Djakpa back in midfield, imo that's where he belongs. Don't know how Bayer feels about this development though.

Rosenthal had a great game, who would have thought. Certainly not me. Maybe being healthy really does wonders for him.

Yep, I'm happy!

I'm impressed, too. Good job from a likeable coach (although I like Hecking as well)!

You seem to like every coach Borussia!

And every time someone gets fired it's the fault of the management and modern football for not having enough patience with coaches who aren't getting results :D

I can easily tell you some coaches I don't find likeable (even though I respect most of them - except for persons ā la Neururer).

But that's not interesting here...

Respectable result today against Hamburg but now Rausch and Ya Konan are injured as well.

Seriously, someone must have cursed the new stadium or something, this is just unbelievable.

Without Konan, Stajner is our only healthy forward now and should Rausch be out for a few gamedays we would have to put Djakpa back in defense and that would hurt us most.

Stupid Sky reporter was only talking about Hamburg's injury situation, seriously, we would be happy if we were in hamburg's place.

Rather underserved point but who cares? :D

96 really needs the winter break badly.
