This will be good for him.

Dunno, he didn't really impress in the 4th leage with our reserve side over the last year. I hope it will work out though!

I still believe that some players don't find the 4th league environment extremely motivational.
Playing in front of +20.000 should be more exciting than playing in front of 72 spectators and maybe this will bring out more of him.
Let's wait and see.

So what is the outlook for Hannover in the upcoming season?.With the new additions, do you guys see an improvement from last season.I am not overly impressed with the new guys.Is the club limited by modest finances and is unable to get in talent or is their scouting lacking?

Yes.
:D
j/k... Speaking for myself, I'm not too optimistic, but there's still plenty of time for the team to make a good signing or two. I was really happy to see 'dolo playing so well yesterday. If he can stay healthy and get back to form, that will be a big help. We're always looking for competition for him, but never seem to find any. I've given up, and just hope he can get the job done.

They don't have money to buy players that require a transfer fee.
Last season's transfers were rather espensive (Andreasen mio2,5, Eggimann mio1,4, Schlaudraff mio2). A club like 96 can't to those every season.
Everyone here just hopes that these players will have a healthy season and things will look better this time.
There was an article in yesterday's paper that they are don't even looking for competition for Cherundolo anymore. They'd "maybe" only do that if he has to play the whole Gold Cup.
Stevie still has the safest job in the entire Bundesliga, lol.
Seems like the Zizzo to Fortuna loan deal is not happening because Zizzo can't do the medical in his current condition (stomach flu).
I still really really hope for a creative midfielder but it's not looking very likely I'm afraid.
There are no exciting news right now.
Rosenthal is injured - shocking.
Schlaudraff's groin STILL hurts - disappointing.
According to an "insider" on the German 96 board 96 is essentially broke so we can't expect any additional new signings.
The medical staff declared Zizzo fit to play and they are looking for a new club for him even though they are not that optimistic at this stage of the preseason.
Videos of 96's promotion party 2002 (I'm there in the crowd somewhere):
Notice our coach is Rangnick and assistant coach Slomka. Those were the days. ;)

does any one have the live link 4 wigans vs hannover match?
God, I'm so sick of us buying (or producing??) crippled players.
Christiansen, Brdaric, Ismael and now apparently Schlaudraff.
There's something wrong with out medical stuff, never seen anything like we've been witnessing the last 6 years.
Btw, I'm not going to 96 - Arsenal but I'm probably watching 96's first away win of the season in Berlin. ;)

I'm soo looking forward to this season. The team lost againt Anker Wismar yesterday.
Nothing concerning about losing to a 6th lelvel team two weeks before the season starts with most of your first eleven playing.

WE just want to lure the other teams into thinking we suck ;-)
Seriously, just a friendly. The last 5 seasons or so we won most of our friendlies only to suck when the season started. I wouldn't read too much into this. And Anker Wismar is an awesome team name ;-)

kicker reports that you've taken Nelson Cuevas, the Paraguayan international, on trial.
Even that news is depressing considering he's 29, played in China before and is behind Valdez in the picking order.

he used to be pretty good..
well he is juz on trial
"used to" seems to be the important word here.
I love Kind. Right now only 20.000 tickets for the Arsenal game have been sold and he basically threatened that he would never invite another big team if not at least 35.000 fans showed up on wednesday. 96 apparently pays these teams so much money that they'd break even with 35.000 and lose money when less show up.
I couldn't care less tbh.
I want to see UEFA cup, I'd rather see a team from Armenia in the first round of the UEFA cup (yeah I know it's called different now) than paying the likes of Real or Milan 1.000.000 to play us.

Agreed with that sentiment. Losing to Anker didn't help clearly, but that isn't the fans' fault.

I'm certain Kind could find a way to put that on us too.
I mean seriously, Milan kinda excited me because of Kaka, Pato, Maldini but Arsenal? I know Fabregas is a good player but he's not really the type of player you HAVE to see and paying 30 Euros for a game that basically is not important and doesn't excite you is a lot of money.
