View Full Version : Official Hannover 96 thread (part III) [R]- RIP Robert Enke
Going by the finishing today, you shouldn't be afraid to concede even one goal against Werder and Hoffenheim, let alone 10.
We totally suck away and against teams that play fast.
Our defense is just atrocius.

I don't think it is as atrocious as our "attack."
But I guess we'll see next weekend, eh?? ;)

Well, there ARE 9 teams that scored even less goals than you but there is no team that conceided more goals than we did.
Despite Enke we have 46 goals against!
Everyone here is saying that it's not possible to not even win one game away from home in a season but I'm not so sure.

F96, all you have to worry about next week is if Kuba (Blaszczykowski) is in the lineup or not.
We have not managed to score more than one goal in any match without Kuba in the lineup.
That doesn't look to be changing anytime soon.
Our central defense has been in shambles without Hummels. These days, Subotic can't find his ass with both hands.
Also, next weekend's match is at your place, so you don't have to worry about the away win thing. ;)
Hell, we haven't won a match in the second half of the season yet.
It's so bad in Dortmund, that they've taken to lying and trying to tell everyone we "controlled" the match in Stuttgart on Saturday.
It's like someone pi$$ing on your head on a sunny day and trying to convince you that it's raining......

Stop it, you managed to make me feel almost optimistic about the match. That's not good, the disappointment will only hurt more now. ;)
Yeah, I've noticec that Subotic has been looking pretty human lately.
We could certainly replace (Ge)Fahrenhorst (who was rightly rated 6 by Kicker this gameday) but his replacement would be our worst player Eggimann. It's kinda sad that Ch. Schulz has been our best CB by far this season.
Right now this looks like a 1:1.

I don't dare make a prediction. Right now, that would involve an Hannover victory.
Need I add the fact that you guys have won the last two meetings in Hannover? :D
God does our defense suck, it's unbelievable.
We still have to play Bochum and Bielefeld, our two main competitors for the 15th place.
I'm really scared.
The last game of the season is against Bielefeld, this could be a deciding match.

But your attack makes up for it. :D
Most entertaining league in the world™.

Sorry for the late congrats on pulling back the draw. It was a crazy match and I'm still pretty angry at my team.
But H96 showed great character and spirit in never giving up!! All credit to your guys for that.
Despite what some of my "whining" fellow BVB fans might say, we didn't "give" you guys anything.
Your team EARNED it!
Congrats again!
Thanks.
That must have been one f the worst performances of a referee today that I have ever witnessed.
Seems like 96 are really gunning for a season without a win away from home.
Still one point is better than no point at all and at least Bielefeld, Kotzbus and Gladbach all lost.
Only Bochum managed to gain points from us.
We're also 5 goals ahead in the goals against department, we might finish 1st in that category. Woohoo! :D
So, Bremen tomorrow, should be great. :D
Last 4 games 96 played in Bremen they scored 1 goal and conceded 17!!!
1:17!!!!!!
Rather incredible. I bet Bremen fans just love games against us.
Well now it's 2:21.
How can you sub Lala (who isn't even a Bundelsiga player anymore anyway) for Forssell when it's 1:1????
Hecking has totally lost it.
Enke even saved a penalty, I feel so sorry for him. 56 goals against in 26 games.

Now you know how we BVB fans felt last season. :(
Yeah. :D
Woohoo, a win! And a clean-sheet for the team and Enke as well.
Who would have thought.
I wonder if they could be the only team to not get relegated without a single win away from home.

That is quite similar to St.Paulis season goal. Coach Stanislawski (kidding after last match): "New season goal: We want to be the first team, that get most against goals in the whole 2.BL, but prevent relegation."

We'll do that, too (albeit in BL1). oO

This has happened quite a few times already. Even Hannover already did it twice in the 70s ;):

Any news on Cherundolo??? I read somewhere that he's having surgery. Is that true??
