Well no one bothered to do a match thread for the Pompey game, which leads me to think that we have become apathetic towards the end of the season, with not much left to play for.

For once, it appears our players have more heart than we do.

Kind of understandable, though a shame. Even if Everton do the business for us today, we'll still be 3 points behind Villa and 2 behind Pompey (not to mention the goal difference). All three teams have bottom half opposition left so things ought to stay the same. If Intertoto qualification was in our own hands rather than relying on losses elsewhere, I imagine (and would hope) that there would be more activity here.

For what it's worth, I'd have started a thread but I had the first great night's sleep I've had in ages and didn't get up until after the game was already over. :o
