I like him, and given that he's got closer to winning the Champions League than Mourinho ever did, in his first season, he's hardly done bad.

Lost it you..? More like got you back into contention for winning the league when you were no where to be seen. The FA Cup wasn't tactical your players jsut couldn't be arsed and expected to get the breakthrough at soem point without having to work to find it, the Carling Cup was probably only 1 of very few errors.

he is not the best coach but doing a good job :D if they sign benzema, he might be able to win some cups

They won't sign Benzema, since Benzema said he would only think about joining Man U from England, he also doesn't suit their style at all and Ibrahimovich is much much better.

i read a article that chelsea told benzema's team to name the price and they will pay.Benzema did say that ,but in soccer money talks.

Not when it's your career and you have the choice of many of the worlds top teams, anyway Benzema wont win Chelsea anything next year, he'll have a role very similar to that of Ronaldos first season at United if he did join, he would just be there to show his potential and threaten every now and then.

Perhaps, but then again he may turn into a Kezman/Jeffers or any number of the other big name failures.

he goes and buy a super star striker then just put him on the wing all the time
he need to sort this out
and he puts a midfielder in defense
he really don't know how a team works together

I think Grant has done fairly well. Here' what I've seen out of Chelsea this year:
-Oft injured Drogba, their only consistent goal scoring threat.
-No real creator in the midfield who get Drogba the ball in situations where he can score.
-No one that consistently puts pressure on the defense on the wings. (they miss Robben here)
-Mediocre seasons from Lampard, Terry, and Essien
None of those are his fault. He really does not have very complementary parts (sort of like England...)
Grant still might accidentally win Chelsea two cups...
