Holy crap! What has gotten into the Addicks! An offensive jugernaut....WOW.

At HT they are destroying the Wolves. Did Charlton just say hello Wolves now we will show you how it feels to get a good thrashy in the Prem...lol.

I think little RED riding hood kicked some wolf's butt.

It's going to be a long season for Wolves. Wolves were just what Charlton needed after their last match with Man City.

Charlton hasn't scored that many goals since they beat Arsenal two years ago.

...and they only have ManUre @ Old Trafford to look forward to in 3 days time...

From Yahoo.com sports:

Charlton 4, Wolves 0

Shaun Bartlett scored two goals and Jason Euell and Claus Jensen added goals for Charlton, which did all of its scoring in the first 32 minutes.

Nice to see the offence clicking. Because Bartlett scored two, am I to assume that he and Euell started up top?

Here is the line-up:
Kiely
Young-Hreidarsson-Fish-Fortune
Kishishev (Stuart 84)-Jensen (Di Canio 76)-Parker- Holland
Euell-Bartlett (Cole 75)

The Parker red card and Bartlett's possible injury to hos left arm were the only things to spoil the game. This is just what Charlton needed.

Can we dream that the Man U game will be the yearly victory over a big club?

Can we play Wolves every week? Ha! Ha! Anyway, a game like the one against Man U, when was it, 3 seasons ago. 3-3. That was a great game. Anyway, it's great to see Charlton score. Euell could have had a couple more too. And so could have Bartlett as well. Go Addicks. September 13th is the first match.

Will Wolves pass Swindon Town for the worst-ever Premiership record?

They were worse than Sunderland last year?

Nope. Just looked it up. Sunderland had 19 points in 38 games, which was the worst. West Brom had 26 points in 38 games, Ipswich 27 points in 42 games, and Swindon Town 30 points in 42 games.

Usually, every Tuesday after 7:00PM Eastern or after 7:00PM the day after a non-Saturday match.

I think Watford had 24 points from 38 games didn't they?

Anyway, lets hope the Wolves 'beat' all those records!

I just watched the highlights and a few thoughts:
1. I like the shade of Orange that the Wolves have. I would not mind a kit that color.
2. Wolves need some midfield help. Which they just signed some Brazilian that used to play at 'Boro. Even from the highlights, it was able to see that their was not much of a midfield presence.
3. Oaks is a decent keeper, but he ran into a motivated attack, and his defence played bad.
4. Parker should have gotten a foul, but in no way did that deserve a red card.
5. Cole's strike was nice, but Oaks did a good job of coming out to deflect it.
6. I kept wanting Doritos. Anyone know why?:)

They did sign Emerson yesterday. Too late to help them IMHO.

The Capital Gold commentators kept saying that the defense and midfields had holes all over the place. They couldn't believe how bad their defense was.

Wolves completely replaced their back line from last season so none of these guys have played together. How stupid was that move?

I hope you're not going to eat that Wolves shirt. Too much fiber and not enough crunch. ;)
