well done utd
hopefully arsenal can get some quality in, if theyd beaten villa and borough at home and drawn/won instead of losing another game, arsenal wouldve won the league

im not a true fan of either arsenal or birmingham so im not crying or anything, in fact im more frustrated over arsenal losing the title than blues getting relegated

Haha, anyway, im pretty pissed right now.
Im so pissed off with my whole family right now, in that I hate living with them, not that I hate them, just living with them.
I have asked to go to a boarding school, and my dad's said that I can go, but my mom disagrees, and since they're divorced, that's a problem.

Hmm sure it can be a bummer living at home, but having to share the TV or getting ish for sneaking shortee's in overnite is a small price to pay for a solid foundation in lie so when u done ur education ur set to take on the world without ridiculous debts etc etc
but what do I know, I ain't never moving out til I find me a divorcee WAG who got half.....
anyways, so for the FEW of y'all that check in here (hint hint this has slowed traffic worse than speed humps and lights) regarding my charity haircut, which im postponing to give me more time to raise funds (hint www.justgiving.com/mattcasey), well apparently the fundraiser will be getting a mention in the house of commons 2moz as part of the National Thrombosis awareness week :o so thats pretty much no going back on it now!!!!

So a hypothetical question for you all. I saw today that Real Madrid's Calderon said that they would have not a problem dropping £100m on Ronaldo. So i took that number and a number i saw floating around that Messi was worth £80m. So now to the questions:
If you were in Barca's front office, would you allow a trade between Ronaldo and Messi with an extra £20m to ManUtd.
If you were the Glazers, would you do it?

Messi is injured too much. Man U does not need to publicity of Messi's world-wide name because they already have Ronaldo. I don't think Messi would last much of a 38 game season.
If i was Barca, I would, if i was Manchester United, no way

Manchester United won't sell Ronaldo and Barcelona aren't going to sell Messi so it really doesn't matter.
I'd rather have Ronaldo than Messi anyway. One is a 6'1" winger who can score goals from anywhere and the other is a 5'6" winger who never uses his right foot, has a chronic thigh injury, and probably can't cope with the physical play of England.
Other than that, sure.

You'll see, if you remove your head from your ass, that I actually did answer your question with a resounding no. The reading comprehension in BigSoccer is so poor it's unbelievable.

man-love aside, I'd say HAVE EM BOTH!!!!!
heh,
no but messi is the more valuable player as his downside is less severe- Cristi can be anonymous when refs don't play ball, whereas Messi on an off-day is still a solid footballer who's more of a playmaker- thus more likely to provide assists even when off....
I do question ur numbers tho cjump, but then it's all speculation, only say coz Ballague (who knows his ish, bar that time he went insane back in 06!) reckons that Franco's boys would drop 80mill EUROS on cristi (£7.95 I think:p), which is a long way of £100mill....
Messi's injury is a concern, tho it's a muscle thing, prolly based on the sketchy growth ish barca pumped into him when he was a 5'0 120lbs 15yr old, so personally I doubt he'd have much problem injury wise by the physicality of the prem...dunno many teams have intelligent enough strikers to play with him mind....

yes you did answer my post but with a preface that showed your comprehension of my first sentence. Your "resounding no" must be hidden within your description of both players in your second paragraph or maybe i was confused with the "other than that, sure" portion.
Mr. Webster says:
Pronunciation: \ˌhī-pə-ˈthe-ti-kəl\
Function:adjective
Date:1588
: being or involving a hypothesis : conjectural <hypothetical arguments> <a hypothetical situation>
We both knew that Barca don't have the need for Ronaldo, nor do your beloved Red Devils. Hence the hypothetical [see above definition] question.

it was just a number i saw for messi but i don't remember where. calderon has said that he would spend 100m on ronaldo a couple times. paying that much for either would be a waste in my eyes.

ignore shrap, hes an idiot
messi is a much better player and a constant threat where as ronaldo is only amazing against rubbish full backs, his anonaminity is apparent whenever he plays in a high pressure game or against a quick full back
fact is messi tears any player apart when he runs at them, i understand he has been injury prone but hes a much better player imo
