Actually yes I am. I would not have said no if they would have given it to us, but I never expected that, especially after Schalke and Bremen were all crying about the harsh atmosphere in the Waldstadion this season, and Bayern were doing the same last season. But screw it, if I had to chose, Id take the harsh atmosphere over the fairplaycup any time! :)

I don't know about all that, but yes, it could be pretty good.

They'd be frightening if they added the right pieces behind them. Marc Stein is a pretty good option. Signing Skacel and having Lucio recover fully could also be good. Kaka could be good if he doesn't have the Simunic breakdown. Keeping Friedrich would also be a good idea, even on his extrodinary wages. Nicu is also a nice addition. If Ebert can get his act together, even better.

But Hertha is a team full of "coulds, cans, and maybes." Its going to be another interesting off season. As long as Chahed and Simunic and Lima are not starting at the start of the season, I'd say things could get real good for us. Once again, "could." :D

2 things are about to happen transfer-wise...Valeri Domovchiyski is staying with Hertha, and Mohammed Chermiti is joining. Both are signed til 2012. Guess that means Hertha will really try to sell/loan Okoronkwo, Lakic and Lima then.

Negotiations are on-going with Mineiro and Pantelic. Mineiro looks all set to sign a 2-year extension, while Pantelic's agent and Hoeness have reportedly had a secret meeting in order to thrash out a new contract for Pantelic, which might en-tail a significant pay-raise.

How do you see Hertha's offseason playing out so far? What do you think of their moves?

I ask this, only because I haven't even heard of most of the players being signed.

Never heard of Kaka
Never seen Chermiti play except for the World Club Championships, where he did quite well I thought, small, quick, tricky player.
Nicu is a true underdog story, he's been a journeyman through the Regionalliga and 2. Bundesliga, I think this is his first chance to truly make it in the 1. Bundesliga. He did quite well this year, he is a good goalscorer and assister from the wide positions and will give Ebert and Pisczcek a run for the wide positions.

It was his second, he scored against the Czechs.

Oh i completely forgot about that! I only remember that he was crossing himself 1000 of times, saluting but not scoring goals. He scored his third goal yesterday against Russia.
@footyfan No we can not give a hell to anyone because we do not have strikers and do not create any chances. You should pay to those fans who bought tickets for the match i think. Actually i have a whole collection of our NT videos to help me in the case of insomnia.
