I know its not technically just TFC related but wondering if anyone knows of a database update that includes at least some of the MLS moves in the closed season.

Currently running with the summer transfer update and obviously has none of the MLS changes

I wouldn't play MLS right now...they skip the wavier draft and mls superdraft...draftpicks are useless in the game...they still have to fix that.

The good thing about the crap players in the draft is that teams value the pick so you can trade them away for a player. I have done that many times.

If a team has an academy in the MLS does it mean they get to draft AND get the yearly youth pulls??

Haven't played a full season in the MLS yet unfortunately.

The latest data update is until MLS Drafts, so you can use Laprira as your #1 TFC striker.

I played MLS for some seasons. Pretty tough at first, especially if you play TFC, but it will be easier if you manage the team right.

Some easy rules to built an MLS team:

- Draft young players. The younger, the better.
- And since younger players usually have higher potential, trade for 1st round picks as many as possible in the first and second season. But be sure your team should still be good enough to stay in mid table or you'll be fired.
- Develop your young players using veterans with a lot of talents as tutors. Guys like Beckham(who has 5 or more talents) usually can be picked up from the waiver after the 2nd season, or you can find them abroad.
- Boost up your staffs. You won't find any good ones at the 1st season but you will later when your team's reputation increases.
