we now have sold out of tickets for the man utd home match with 5 days remaining. I cant think of any home game being sold out for as long as i can remember so well done the fans. Ewood will be buzing on saturday.

I really hope we can win this one. It would detract from the apathy I'm beginning to feel - especially after all that Anfield bollocks, where we couldn't even hold onto the ball.

Yet, if we are to lose, let us lose with our heads held high, and our players' knees held higher, preferably in Ronaldo's smug turd-burgling little face.

Can't wait for Saturday, been ages since we've sold out properly. Should be a brilliant atmosphere against that lot.

Can see me not having a voice on Monday.

I'm looking forward to this match.

It's a pity that the players are in "can't be bothered mode!"

Never mind, hopefully it will be a good game anyway.

Yeah yeah, you need to spend more time planning how to better spend your millions than how we fill our ground ;)

it was a fair question as manchester is just up the road and they are trying to close in on the prem title.
by the way we'll take all the advice on how to spend our millions.......
didn't you win the prem league once? good old mr walker.

Yeah, but you bought Lucas Neill, thinking he was a defender, and not just a prick. More fool you...

who said "never mention his name again"...

i'm only joking about your millions, it wasn't just money that won your title.
look at the wolves and derby teams from the era just before your glory, tried to buy the title and look at them now. you had a manager hungry for success and built the right side,a strike force on fire, sherwood pinging it left and right, nora batty rolled her socks up and a west ham cast off center half who stepped up to the plate and delivered.in fact we gave you him for nothing and you sold us mr neil for 7 million....thanks alot.

You're welcome .. Trouble is with millions now, everyone knows our clubs have it so we have to pay stupid money for average players. Unless you're lucky, like with Santa.

There will be a lot of Man U fans there yeah, all the away end, top and bottom tier. We're having to stock up on prawn sandwhiches. Rare for us to sell out all the home areas these days, but we've managed it this time, hopefully without the odd Manc sneaking in.

Look at their attendances last time they were in the top division... or their results.

You're not going to get us to bite that easy

obviously your bigger than them now, i was talking in terms of history.

always have admiration for teams like yours and burnley,it's not exactly a huge catchment area in terms of support,so you do ok.

a work mate of mine is always telling me burnley is a bigger club than rovers. his dad used to play for them. he is also telling me that if burnley made the top flight they would sell out every home game and would not care about getting relegated. the only thing they would care about is playing rovers over the 2 matches and beating them. in recent years i say we are the bigger club but in 2000/01 season we were on equel terms apart from beating them twice including 5-0 at home and i was there for that game sat in the riverside.

That was one of the happiest days of my life. I didn't stop smiling for a week. :D Like that

I know that, as a Rovers fan, I'm supposed to hate Burnley with a passion.

But I became a fan in the mid-nineties, when we were brilliant. This could make me a glory-supporter, admittedly, but the fact that I remained a Rovers fan, hopefully keeps me honest.

Burnley are our rivals, but I have to say that I hate Tottenham more than I hate any other English club. I hate Barcelona more than anything on the planet. Burnley are the cousin we hate. He stinks, and dresses like a tramp. He's jealous that his handsome, rich cousin has been more successful, and doesn't wear the incredibly poor claret and blue number that he's been wearing for so long. He has a sh!t home, and has nothing to ever look forward to, other than the odd day trip to Crewe. Poor sod. I feel the ultimate pity for Burnley - the drunk at the Christmas party, who everyone ignores.

So, you see, I don't hate them...
