Fellow players,
I went into a tackle in a pick-up game yesterday and, I think I overextended my knee. I have some difficulty bending the knee, it's not impossible, but somewhat painful.
Any tips for rehabilitating such an injury would be greatly appreciated.

see a doctor. it's worth the co-pay.

I've got Kaiser, so co-pay isn't a huge concern. I'll give it a day or so. If it does not improve, then I'm off to see the killers in white lab coats:)

It's one of those things where I always say "nobody knows your body better than yourself". You more than anybody can tell if you need to see a doctor and a physio or if it's something that you can wait out on your own. Knees are nothing to F' with. Too tricky in my opinion. good luck.

Yeah, I thought I over-extended my knee a couple of weeks ago. Torn ACL was what the MRI said.

your age might have something to do with the time you take to rehabilitate.
