Did anybody else experiance a poor picture quality
for today's Galaxy vs Toronto match?

The reception was grainy and the color was bad
for me.

Yes and yes. They are using old NFL cameras which they bought through public domain deal.I guess we have to live with this for sometime now.

It was really shitty on my HDTV. Stretched out to fit the screen it was awful. Couldn't read any players names at all. Usually a SD broadcast on FSC or Setanta is legible.

Thx,

Jay!

They aren't actually HD. Telemundo is standard definition digital over the air and fox sports en espanol is delivered via satellite in standard definition ONLY to cable companies around the nation.

I think the "old cameras" thing is bunk. They use the same camera angles as the regional broadcasters do and it looks better on the regional broadcast than it does on telefutura.
