Was oot watching the Portsmouth game in the pub last night and the poster for the derby was up. "Sunday 20th April, Newcastle Vs Them Mackems".

Thought I'd share this video... its from SkySports Fanzone from the last derby. Where they get 2 supporters to watch the game and commentate... probably not a good idea with the derby. The look on the mackem's face after Milner equalised is priceless :D

Mike Dean is the ref for this one, he reffed both our games against the Beasts. I normally wouldn't think much about the ref... but he had a bit of a shocker in the 1-1 draw with the Beasts at SJP. Expect more cards than a Hallmark factory sale.

Reasons I hate Mackems no. 1: Their graffiti of choice is FTM which they scrawl everywhere (well the ones that can write)... this in case you didn't know stands for "F*ck the Mags". Bless their feeble brains not realising their nickname starts with an 'M' too.

Reason I hate Mackems No. 2: They changed their "official" nick name to "The Black Cats" after they were caught having a black cat under their Prem badges (WHY?) a few years back (and you're only allowed to have mascot symbols on your shirt if its your official nickname.) It makes no sense as they play in red and white and is by far the worst nickname ever. Idiots.

No. 3: After moving from Roker Park (which we used to call Joker Park) Mackems everywhere were hoping for a new stadium name that we Mags couldn't take the piss out of easily... what did they call it? "The Stadium of Light" (This should be a reason I love Mackems :D).

There about 2,000 of these and they're in no particular order :)

Reet... getting down to the actual business of the match. KK's come out today and said he's sticking with the 4-3-3(ish) formation, the Comical has this as him laying his team down and challenging Keane - meanwhile Keane's busy trying to get his team's hard on's to go down at winning 3 on the bounce before losing to the clinical finishing of "spade foot" Vassell.

Its hardly news.. we all know KK will stick with it until it stops working. Incidentally every one of the match reports of our last 5 games I've read have described Owen as "playing this match in an unusual deeper role". How long until (in the words of Tom Jones) its not unusual?

I think its nice to have a manager who at least get what its all about.. Allardyce was abysmal in the game at the SoS. He did his typical lets get a 0-0 since we're away routine.... no idea what these derbys are about. We were lucky to get out with a draw to be honest... Milner's cross pinging in off the far post made it acceptable. Plus Barton went all Bruce Lee and was lucky to get away with it (at least he knows what the derby's all about :D).

There's plenty time left for further build up... who voted a Sunderland win? I want them named and shamed :rolleyes:

He's allright but not worth £9m... think how many St Patricks Day Guinness hats that could have bought the boardroom. I can't really remember him getting them extra points through an outstanding display. I have heard mackems singing "Scotland's Number one" at him though.... who's their no. 2 anyway? Idiots.

I wouldn't swap Harper, Given or even Forster for Gordon... so Christ knows how much we could sell them for... if only there was another club as gullible as the mackems.
