[STAR Exiles]

STAR are delighted to confirm the launch of its newest Exiles branch - STAR USA Royals - to cater for fans based in the United States.

I wanted to add to this thread and say that if anyone has any questions about the STAR USA Royals supporters group please post them here or PM me and I will get back to you ASAP. There are a lot of benefits of being a STAR member such as vouchers at the megastore and help with tickets if anyone ever makes it to the UK for a match. And I was thinking silver lining - tickets will be easier to come by next season (if the dollar ever decides to snap out of its comma and make a trip to the UK more enjoyable than a canoe trip down the River Deliverance).

Bad timing or not......STAR USA Royals will be here supporting Reading FC. Now is the time to stand up and be counted. We can look forward to an interesting summer and hopefully a competitive season next autumn. We may have different reasons for supporting the club, but I believe that we all wish them well. Chin up, this time next year, we may all be smiling.

I gotta agree with Crabbers here. Just because our team went down dosn't mean we need to abandon them. I will fully support Reading again next season in the CCC. There are options to watch the CCC, granted they are not as good as the EPL, but options nonetheless. This is my club. I am not looking to support another team for my enjoyment, I bleed royal blue.

Every team goes through changes and Reading needs some changes to establish themselves as an EPL team, granted 35 million pounds would have helped in making those changes, but that is the incentive for the chairman to invest in this team and strive for the premiership in two seasons.
