I would think that these can be the fun ones to attend.

Supposedly there were 20K at shea but that's unconfirmed.

A number of fights and incidents typical of Mexico games broke out at the Mexico-Peru match, but by all accounts it was a great game to attend.

There haven't been enough foreign matches.

I want to know why we had to wait until late in the summer to get them? Nobody wanted to drop by in May or June? July was shot at Giants because of these stupid concerts tying the place up. Put that garbage in the Garden.

They sure can be. I saw Argentina/Mexico at Soldier field, and it was incredible: while the official record says that the highest soccer attendance at SF was the WWC match, there were a few empty seats at that one, and virtually none at this one. And less violence than at any Bears game I ever went to, contrary to the published reports.

Of course, I also went to see Mexico/Paraguay there, mainly because I wanted to see Chilivert. Mexico's attack was so weak he didn't have to make any saves. In fact, I think he took one goalkick all night, and that was about it.
