Casbah - Pregame info Quakes vs. LA 4/3

Hey all,
Those of you fortunate enough to be going down to see our boys take on the Galaxy this Thursday should be aware of a couple things. First, security can be rather tight at the Home Depot Center, so if you are bringing your drum down check with Pat Bernal of Club Quake regarding proceedures for bringing it through security, Events@ClubQuake.org (Events@ClubQuake.org). Secondly the dedicated section for Quakes fans will be filled with a wide variety of fans that may not usually sit together at home games. There will be Casbah members, 1906-Ultras members, Club Quake members, and other enthusiastic Quakes fans. So please be mindful that some there will not be accustomed to the Casbah level of enthusiasm. Also unfortunately our Charismatic Casbah Guru Guy Gayle will not be attending, and I too will not be able to make the trip. Therefore Dan of the 1906-Ultras (along Tony and Max) will be filling in and taking charge of leading all the Quake faithful in cheers. Finally this game as you probably already know this game will be on ESPN2. So let's make sure that everyone out there sees how strong the support is for our Quakes. Have fun and take lots of pictures for the rest of us.

Anyone coming down for the game please try and bring a supply of blue and/or black streamers . If you have looked at the stadium map you can see they have put us on a corner flag so streamers will be useful when the scum come into our corner for a corner kick. The reason we do not want to use white is that it can be mistaken as coming from scum supporters with blue and black everyone watching on TV will know Quakes fans are there. Lets take over their house. :D

Absolutely, We will try and be there by no later than 3:00 in lot 6 so we will look for Quakes fans.
