don't delude yourself into thinking your league is any even better that some of the African leagues, Put your african prejudice aside, i can give you three teams in west and North africa who have far superior football talent that the garbage shown here on TV. you've heard of raja casblnca, Eh Ahly or ashanti Kotoko or Hearts of oak. those teams have a rich tradition of playing football for centuries, your league is such a joke. You even dare to compare it to the mexican league? huh? Don't let the FIFA rankings fool you ok, oh, you are ahead of Italy i presume, so think you are better than italy.
USA has and will never have the passion for the beautiful game. It's either you have it like the rest of the world or you don;t like you guys here in North America.
can you explain to me how a so called league will play on a pitch with a bunch of NFL lines running acroos the field? it makes me wanna puke every time i saw that on TV. That shows you how much you respect this game.
your league s-u-c-ks period.
having a whoile ot of retirees does no good for this MLS

Don't feed the trolls, boys.

Especially the retarded ones who think that African teams have been "playing football for centuries" and who start threads in multiple forums that don't have anything to do with what he's whining about.

Apparently you lacked the eloquence or nerve ... or you would have said it. ;)

you obviously are really ignorant, let me tell you punk, the team i mentioned Hearts of Oak is my local club back in Ghana, i hope you didn't miss your geography class for some gun lessons , since that what you americans do. Anyways my club has been in existent since the late 19th century, we have played football for all this years and to enlighten you the more that club has played competitive foortball sice 1908 under the then British colonial rule, so we have a true tradition, what do you have for DC united? s-h-it

Luckily such a strong tradition of Ghanian football with such elite teams as Hearts of Oak has translated directly to success for their National Team...how many World Cups has Ghana qualified for again?

That being said, MLS provided a good half of the players who happened to help the USA to a very nice Quarterfinal run in the most prestigious sporting event in the world today.

Points are scored when results can be measured, and yours do not quite hit the mark.

oh now I get it...a little mad that a certain 14 year old player born in Ghana came to the US and is now playing for the US national team? By the way if you hate MLS so much, stop watching it and go take spelling and grammar lessons.

The title of this board is FIFA and Tournaments. This topic has nothing to do with FIFA or tournaments. Hence, it's off-topic here.

If you're confused about what's on topic on this board please consult the FAQ at the top of the page.

If you're just confused then - well - I can't help you there.

If you'd like to continue discussing this topic then go here:

It's the exact same post as started the thread here.

In the future do not double post threads. Find the appropriate board and post it once.

And, yes, this is trolling. Again, please consult the FAQ. Trolling consists of "provoking large volumes of responses by posting absurdities, contradictions to common knowledge, deliberately offensive insults, belligerent assertions and the like." The initial post in this thread certainly qualifies as a belligerant assertion. In the FAQ it says trolling posts will be deleted. So I'm making an exception in this case and this thread will merely be closed.

Thank you for playing.

I hope you enjoy your parting gifts.

Until next time, this is your moderately friendly moderator saying this thread is officially over.
