Opening night, just watched the Natties open brand new Nationals Park in Washington, DC. Ryan Zimmerman, poster boy of our franchise, smacks a walk-off solo shot to win it 3-2. :D
Nationals are undefeated and loving it! :cool:

will the phillies go back to the post-season for the second consecutive time? will ryan howard and jimmy rollins be followed up by a third consecutive NL MVP (chase utley) coming from the phightins? 3 hours until brett myers (WIFE BEATER!!! :p ) throws out the first pitch.
it may be in the low-40s and rainy today, but the boys of summer are about to begin.

wait, so the Nationals played 1 game at home against the Braves and now are in Philly? that is just dumb. MLB needs to get their collective scheduling head out of it's ass and bring Opening Day back to the USA and not have one game at home followed by another somewhere else to open the season.
