Not a bad result for the inexperience Slovak side. Although, I have no idea what type of team Colombia sent.

"People want to come and see goals. But they (Slovakia) came to play defense. We tried to score, but they didn't let us play."

Slovakia typically concentrates on defense and hopes to score off of the counter.

Not a bad Slovak squad. One would hope that they would be able to come away with a 2-0 victory against Liechtenstein.

WCQ draw for Slovakia

Group 3
Portugal
Russia
Slovakia
Latvia
Estonia
Liechtenstein
Luxembourg

Very good draw for Slovakia. With any lucky they might be able to get six wins. I would like to think they might have an out-side shot at finishing second (again with a lot of luck).
