Do you know the site http://www.soccerbase.com

Its a pretty comprehensive archive of all things related to British football. Its pretty innovative in that it allows you to see a players entire season instead of simply resuming it in a matches played, minutes played goals scored format.

For instance They have a pretty nifty function allowing you to see all matches played by any player having played professional football in the UK and the teams that player took the field (and scored) against

I've been looking around for something similar on french football with no success. http://www.footballenfrance.fr is pretty commendable, but has very little player specific information.

Anyone know any other ressources?

Try this one : http://www.statistiks.com/

It works for all sports. You chose the league, and then click on the team's name to get its team related stats.

Did you know that Hazebrouck scored 11 goals at home this season ? Fascinating .

However, it's not as complete as soccerbase, it seems, since it doesn't give players related stats. For this, you have to check Lequipe.fr , which gives them only for ligue 1 & 2 players, I believe.

ESPN Soccernet (http://soccernet.espn.go.com) is pretty comprehensive when it comes to an individual player's stats, even assists, fouls, etc. ESPN is just starting to cover the French league in depth (at least online), so they don't yet have coverage for the domestic cups in the stats, but when I sent an email to the soccernet desk, they said they will by next season.

For example: Jeremy Toulalan (http://soccernet.espn.go.com/players/gamelog?id=84878&cc=5901).

The only problem is that they are redesigning the pages for the other leagues, so some of the player links from the main page (http://soccernet.espn.go.com/team?id=167&cc=5901) are outdated. In that case, it's easier to go to the calender, click on a match result (http://soccernet.espn.go.com/match?id=223872&cc=5901), and then click the player's link from the lineup, then look at the gamelog (http://soccernet.espn.go.com/players/gamelog?id=84878&cc=5901) for details.

But it's only good for L1 though. They do have the L2 schedules and results up, but that's basically it.
