So I made my first purchase from the online store on Monday. I saw the 1/2 off sale and decided to finally get some Reading swag. Anyway this was my first transaction to a web site outside the US, so maybe it's just the way things work but I thought this was wierd. I selected the express delivery option (which I assumed meant next day) which was 12 pounds extra I think and the transaction didn't appear on my account until this morning, and the order still hasn't been delivered. I really didn't expect it to get here on Tuesday, but I thought it would get here by today at least. If it takes a week or more to get a order when you select express, how long does standard delivery take? Is this normal?

When I buy from the Reading shop I get the cheapest shipping option. It usually takes about a week and a half to get here being in the Midwest. In your case, I would also think it would be there by now with express delivery. Maybe give it another day or two to get there. If you get it later than that I would direct the situation to the store and see what your options are.

I always go with the cheapest shipping option and it takes about a week. If you have any problems just e-mail the store and they reply pretty quick. I also found them to be very helpful.

My wife just called to tell me that my hoodie came today. A week and a day after paying an additional 12 pounds for expedited shipping. If Convey's and Neeto's experience with regular shipping are any indication of normal shipping time, don't bother paying for the expedited shipping.

Just to let you all know. I recieved a follow up email from the complaint department at the online shop. He stated that my order was held up at customs for some unknown reason and offered to pay for the shipping on my next order. That seems like a fair resolution to me.
