I purchased an item on ebay and received it in the mail about a week after I placed my order.
I got an email a month later saying my order was being shipped and I was confused because they had already sent it to me.
So yeah they sent me the same item twice.
I was wondering if this was common and if it happened to anyone else. I was thinking they sent it twice because I didnt leave feedback for the item on the sellers site the first time I got the order so maybe they thought I didnt get it ???
It doesnt look like they are billing me twice for both items but I did send the seller an email asking them why they sent the order again and so far they havent responded.
What should I do ?
