Well, genius went and got hisself sentenced to 4 years in jail (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=796&ncid=799&e=3&u=/eo/20030815/en_celeb_eo/12330) for beating up his ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss (of Charlie Sheen indiscretion fame).

Guess that role as Jack Scagnetti in Natural Born Killers wasn't as much acting as it appeared to be at the time. Not that it appeared to be acting at the time.

Smooth move bro. I guess the phrase "My film's in the can" just took on yet another meaning.

He's been in over 40 movies and TV shows (http://us.imdb.com/Name?Sizemore,+Tom), including such notable classics as Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man and Blue Steel; he was good in Saving Private Ryan though. Well, okay anyway.

Reached for comment while awaiting trial, Robert Blake called Tom Sizemore a "pu$$y".

He hasn't been sentenced yet.

Sorry, I mis-summarized the article. He was convicted and is facing 4 years.

So, does he get work when he gets out?

Well, he did hook up with Heidi Fleiss in the first place. I remember thinking he was a dope when I first heard this a few years ago on Stern.

Sizemore, facing 4 years in prison gets sentenced to 6 moths jail time and 3 years probation. He was nice enough to blame his abuse (http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20031028/people_nm/crime_sizemore_dc_2) of his girlfriend and subsequent conviction on his drug habit.

So that's six months that Hollywood won't be able to film a war movie, since it seems like he's been in every single one since Apocolypse Now...

Robert Downey Jr. has gotten plenty of work. Roman Polanksi wins Oscars. It wouldn't be surprising if Sizemore acted again.

That's because Hollywood is full of drug addicts and child molesters.
