I dont think that Chelsea will win the Uefa cup.
They're been useless in Europe under Ranieri's management.
In his very first game in charge he lead them to a defeat against St gallen of switzerland.
Last year they were knocked by Hapeol tel-aviv.

While this statement is quite true, you forgot to mention the little fact that more than half the team they fielded in Israel was made up of third and second string players.This led to a rather difficult return match at Stamford bridge being 0-2 down.

Also hapoel fully deserved their draw against Chelsea in that return match, in which Chelsea had to attack fully for the entire duration of the game thus leading to the counter attack that caught them flat footed at the back and going 0-3 down on aggregate.

That being said i really don't think they will win the UEFA cup myself, however not for the reasons you have stated.
