Hey, just to let everyone know we wish all suporter groups the BEST.
And now that I'm able to post I want to formaly invite ALL potential RED GUARD members to our tailgate in the Parking lot across the East gate.
We start 3 hours before kickoffs.
Come play Futbolito, drink, eat, also get a chance to meet other supporters from visiting teams that we will be hosting at the tailgate.
We will be playing music and chanting along, we are all about FCD, so work up the courage to come and introduce yourself.

Yes! We do have a section.
We play a top section 129.
Our aim is to fill that section from the top, down to unfurl our big banner:)
It's comming so look out for it the next time FCD scores a goooool!
"Hasta la Muerte" FCD.
" To the Death" FCD.

Why don't you join the Inferno and make a much larger louder experience? Maybe a section next to them or in the thier section aboce them?

Lots of reasons but this is IMHO a red herring. Supporter's groups can all grow and recruit better from big crowds. Sevaeral groups spread around the stadium beats one in one location. A Toronto like situation where almost every fan acts like a supporter is even better. It would help a lot if the FO did their part, the part they get paid for and do for a living and start drawing fans to the game. If anyone suggests that I need to post what they need to do I will suggest a swap with the FO whereby they do my real job and then I will do theirs. :D

Really? Because that's not at all what the evidence shows..

You can still be seperate in name, but grouping together creates a much better experience as it is bigger, louder, and more spectacular. FCD SG's are getting creamed in comparison to other teams. Look at what a section when T/A and E/B came to FCD the other night.. they were "forced" to be together in that far corner section and it a major presence.
I think it should be tried at least once, even if for just one single game.

I'm curious why you choose a name that alienates so many people? Coupled with the five pointed red star used for your logo - the Maoist references are pretty obvious. I know your FAQ says "It's only a name!" but I can't imagine too many Chinese-Americans or anybody who has any familiarity with Mao and the Red Guard's deadly legacy would want to wear a shirt like that or be a part of a group that calls themselves that.

So, what are the plans for La Roja Guardia tailgating on the 15th? I really enjoy hanging out with you guys, you're all passionate about the game, but laid back socially - nice!
I noticed all the folks walking by couldn't resist the samba rhythms - you'd see them bobbing their heads, or walk /dancing in time with the beat. You could tell folks really enjoyed it.

Yes clearly. This is what they were going for. Something to pay homage to Mao. It was the forfront of thier minds when they named thier group. Has nothing to do with Dallas and the team colors being red. Or the Lone Star of Texas. Nope. Just a bunch of Commie Chinese wannabees.........
....... playing Samba.....
...like they do in Good 'ol Red China... yep.
Blockheads like you are the reason there is a backlash against Political Correctedness. You can stretch anything to make it something it is not. Propaganda. And you're spewing it all about.. Just like the Red Chinese back in the day.
