Dear Uwe...do not fear the challenge its allowed to think big and its the only way to move-up,obviously the main goal is to remain in the bundesliga and we all know that....but u got to aim high and we sure have the ability and tradition to back it up!
But i will not mention it again..seems like you dont even like talking about it,have some humor and faith my friend:D

The player himself has declared (a year ago) that he is to go to Borussia sometime this year, but nothing has happened yet. (http://origin.elcomercioperu.com.pe/ediciononline/HTML/2007-11-30/christian_la_torre_ir_a_eur.html)

Hi and THX for the Congrats. Christian La Torre was by Borussia in Nov. 07. All the other information are from Newspaper in Peru. He should change in 03/08 because the UEFA statutes don't allow the change before he was 18. Then the change will be in 07/08. I don't knew if it's true. We will see. I think it is a good player. Can you tell me more about him ?

Yes 6 players during the summer break on tour. Perhaps some new players, isn't not optimal. Jos must be make a very good job.

yeah, you are right, he become 18 years-old some months ago and is probably just waiting for the pre-season to start in Germany to join Mönchengladbach . He is somewhat small but fast striker, who became known to Peru after scoring a goal in Peru's victory vs Brasil in the U-17 qualifiers. He played in the world cup but suffered an injury while in the tournament which saw him missed some matches and somewhat underperform.

He made his debut at the young age of 15 for his peruvian club "Sport Boys' and plays sometimes, coming off the bench. He is recognised as one of the players to watch out for in the future, and I imagine that he won't be an instant hit with Mönchengladbach, he will probably play in the first division after half or an entire year, to adapt.

His style of play is similar in a way to Paolo Guerrero's of HSV, he has that attitude to play for the ball like if it was the last one.
