Nice to see that "Spiegel" mentioned his death. That shows his reputation in the whole league.

@ Offebacher

Thanx for your sympathy!

Btw: I heard that 5,000 - 7,000 Gladbach fans are expected in Offenbach on Sunday (shame I can't be among them), so you will be close to having a full house! :) Should be a very interesting & tough game in which all is possible. Your guys will be giving us a hell of a fight, since you need every point ... so our former co-manager Jörn Andersen surely won't have to motivate them. ;)

Somehow I fear that this powerful guy (we had been interested in signing him during the winter break 2006/2007) might score against us...

Oliver Neuville was doubtful for the away game in Offenbach, but it looks like he'll be able to start on Sunday:

Wieder Vollgas gegeben

Die Ausgangsposition für das Auswärtsspiel Borussias bei Kickers Offenbach ist klar, ändert aber nichts an der üblichen Marschroute von Trainer Jos Luhukay.

This is going to be a very tough away game, since Offenbach actually needs a home win in order to keep the league. We'll see what happens...

I simply couldn't trust my ears when I heard the result on the home road from a concert! Huge step towards the 1. Bundesliga ... but somehow I feel really sorry for the brave Kickers from Offenbach, who apparently played a good first half and only collapsed after their 2 red cards (I've just seen the match summary on DSF and think that the 2nd red was a bit harsh). After the 4:1, Colautti got injured again ... so we had to finish the match with 10 players.

Congrats to our guys on the highest season victory, now we need just 2 draws or 1 win in order to secure re-promotion! :)

Btw: Our guys were wearing a black ribbon in honour of Manolo. Great gesture!

7:1 - Torfestival in Offenbach

Why? You wanna see another superb goal from Marin? ;)

Well, posting the video links is @ Hans-Günter Bruns' job. :-)

BTW: Hey Naz, your friend Sharbel Touma apparently had a good game and finally scored his 1st goal for us! Congrats!

@Borussia, congrats on the win and I am sure on the promotion back to where you guy's belong.

For my Kickers it is going south in a hurry, looks like we need a miracle or we can start singing: Bundesliga 3, Kickers sind dabei.

Defender Roel Brouwers (he was held by the Offenbach defender when he tried to make the header).

A few minutes later, he finally managed to score his goal...:D

Goal fest in Offenbach - 7-1!

Borussia took a huge step towards the Bundesliga with their highest win of the season in Offenbach. Yet at half-time there was no hint of the rush of goals to come.

Thanx.

I feel honestly sorry for you about this result, I think your guys didn't deserve to get trashed after their good first half (when you obviously had been the better team). Aristide Bance did a "great favour" to his team mates by throwing Oliver Neuville for a loop (his Euro dream could have easily been over after that ugly & unnecessary foul)...

PS: Kudos for the minute of silence in the stadium, that was a great gesture towards Manolo and our club! Thanx!

Even the Turkish media didn't forget to mention his death.

It's surely going to be tough ... but don't forget that you can beat every team in this league with great fighting spirit & a little bit of luck!

Viel Glück!
