hey...my dad's a doctor and he says i have knot knees...where my two inner knees touch when i put my feet together...he says stretching should help it go away over the years....what kind of stretches should be done to stretch those tendons/ligaments...i did ask my dad but he isnt sure exactly wat strectches as he is a orthopedic doctor

My opinion:
This is an obsurd thread!
Why would an Ortho Doctor tell you that stretching would alter your body frame: an ortho problem. This is in the bones---the way your frame is built. Yes a few devices applied to the legs, built to cover a majority of you, and worn over a course of years---might make a difference. Think dental braces!
BTW: I would question the reality of this Doctor's credentials.
Get a second opinion from another Doctor.

BTW: they are called Knock Knees---because they knock together.
